- Puppy is sold as PET QUALITY.
- We offer no guarantee that the puppy could or could not have faults, which could make it unsuitable for showing or breeding. We do not guarantee the ability of the puppies to reproduce.
- Breeder does not guarantee the adult size of puppy, temperament, conformation, or coat or eye color when fully grown, and can only offer our educated guess.
- We do not guarantee ear set, sometimes when puppies teethe, ears may “prick” and come back down. There is a glue that I can recommend to help train ears to say down. Although some folks like the “prick” ears.
SHIPPING
We do not offer shipping of our puppies, the buyer needs to come to our home for pick up.
GOING HOME
Your puppy is going home to a brand new environment. Any change to the puppy’s diet and stress can cause him/her to have hypoglycemia or diarrhea. Your puppy could experience a lack of appetite during this transition time as well and may have some anxiety due to change in environment.
Especially with a Toy, you need to make sure they eat properly.
Since a puppy can stress when it goes to a new environment, I highly recommend a product called Nutra Cal, to have on hand. It is especially helpful with the Tiny Toy Aussies when they go to a new home. I will be including this in my Toy puppy packages
Under no circumstances will breeder be responsible for ANY type of veterinary bills, medical bills, legal liabilities or transportation charges. These costs are the buyers sole responsibility.
We do not require that new owners continue feeding the food that we use, however, we do ask that you introduce a new food to your puppy gradually over a week or so.
We will supply at least a week’s worth of puppy food that the puppy is used to eating when he /she goes to their new home
Transitioning to a new home is already stressful on a puppy, so we strongly feel this is NOT the time to also introduce new food. A complete food change can be disruptive to your puppy’s immature digestive system and can result in diarrhea when not done properly.
We also recommend that you NOT take your new puppy to pet stores, dog parks, etc. until the puppy has had the full series of vaccinations. Puppies are not fully vaccinated until 16-20 weeks of age.
RETURNING A PUPPY
If for some reason you would decide to return your puppy, you have exactly 48 hours to do so from the time you pick the puppy up. You will be refunded the purchase price of the puppy, minus the NON-REFUNDABLE deposit placed to HOLD the puppy for you.
All deposits are non refundable unless something happens to the puppy while in our care, Then your deposit would be returned.
All documents and puppy package given at the time of purchase, must be returned as well.
**WE REQUEST TAKING YOUR PUPPY TO A LICENSED VET WITHIN 48 HOURS (72 HOURS IF POSSESSION TAKES PLACE ON A SATURDAY, SUNDAY OR HOLIDAY) FOR A PUPPY CHECK UP AFTER PICK UP**.
A copy of the vet visit must be returned to the breeder with (10) ten days of receiving the puppy or this guarantee is null and void. If the buyer decides not to take the puppy to a licensed vet within this time frame, the warranty becomes null and void. If at the exam, the puppy is found to have a life threatening congenital defect or health problem, a replacement puppy or a purchase refund will be given, the choice of the breeder. This is provided the buyer contacts the breeder within 24 hours of the exam, and the puppy is promptly returned to breeder, with a signed statement from the vet stating the defect or problem. All documents given at the time of purchase must also be returned with the puppy. The breeder will replace with another puppy, if available, or from a future litter, or refund upon verification of the problem by our licensed vet.
The breeder will not be responsible for illness or health problems which are diagnosed after this 48 hour period.
